You just have to start making. I’ve always been worried about things not looking “good” or being “good enough” to share, and I’m still working on that. I’m constantly reminding myself that I’ll only get better from practice!

We were all born with creativity, although I think many of us forget how to use it as we get older.

When I think of Bloomington, I think of Sample Gates, Nick’s, Little 500, local breweries, quarries, and, of course, art. Like many in this community I want to live in a town that has a local art store—a place that champions the creative spirit and fosters creativity in our community.
