We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new condition, never used, with all of their original packaging. Please email and include your order number to start a return.

We offer two different types of returns. If we make a mistake with your order, or if an item in your order is defective, then we pay for return shipping. If there is no error or defect with your order, then you pay for return shipping.

Please note:
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method on the order. If you are returning a gift or don't want to use the original payment method, we will issue your refund as a gift card instead.

We cannot initiate a return over the phone. All return requests must be submitted by email so that they can be tracked properly by our customer service team.
